Book Vig = the overround on the selected book's own lines only (how much juice the book is charging).
Fair prob = sharp avg × sharp weight + consensus average × remaining weight.
Consensus books: DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Caesars, BetRivers, BetOnline.ag, PointsBet, Bet365, Unibet.
When no sharp book posts a matching line, the row is marked C*.
